Oh yum. I haven't had a Greek salad in... far too long.
I know... I've been craving a Greek salad for days, and I still haven't had one! Now, what am I going to do about that? :-)
Just to make you all a little envious, for lunch I had a open souvlaki with beef and EXTRA feta...mmmmmmmmm. Started out with some Sagnaki - Kasseri cheese grilled with lemon. Knocked my socks off. My neighborhood, while touted as Buffalo's Little Italy, is a hodge-podge of ethnic restaurants. I get to go to another country any time I want!
Anyway, love the site, love food, and look forward to reading more. God bless!

I am anxiously awaiting the annual Greek Festival in New Orleans at the end of May. Can't wait! I am sure I'll have pics to post after.
